EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Beano Babies, we strive to provide you with the highest quality baby products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can notify us about an exchange or return within 2 days of delivery. Please review the product eligibility criteria below before initiating a return request.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN:
- Items shipped within India.
- Non-sale items.
- Items received in original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in unsoiled condition.
- Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refund will only be provided after inspection of the product in original condition. - Newborn gift boxes cannot be exchanged or refunded.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN:
- Items shipped outside India.
- Personalized items.
- Items received in used condition.
- Sale products.
- Free gifts with retail value.
- Items for which a coupon code was used.
HOW TO BEGIN YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS?
To request a return or exchange, please write to us at support@beanobabies.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:
- Your Order ID.
- Item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- Reason for exchange or return.
- Images of the product (if applicable).
We will initiate a reverse pickup from your address within 48 hours. Once the product is returned, it will be checked by our team before processing the exchange or return.
Return:
- The shipping cost for returning the item is at your expense.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a store credit (minus shipping costs) for future purchases on our website. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Exchange:
- Additional shipping charges will apply to reship the product to you.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Please note:
- We accept one return/exchange request per order.
- Credit issued will be equal to your order value minus shipping costs.
REFUNDS
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange the item or request a store credit valid for 6 months.
- Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value.
- Shipping fees, personalization charges, and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
