Damaged/Defective/Wrong Products

If your claim is validated, we will arrange a reverse pickup and either replace the product or issue a credit note for the full amount, valid for 6 months. Ensure the returned product is unused, unworn, and has its original tags.

Order Delivery

Beano Babies will make reasonable efforts to deliver your products on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe. If delivery fails, you cannot terminate the contract. After three failed delivery attempts, Beano Babies may charge additional shipping costs. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the products are with the shipping carrier.

Incomplete/Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or reimbursements for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or if delivery fails three times or the package is refused.
