What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you won't be able to place an order for it. However, you can click the "Notify Me" button on the product page, and we will send you a notification as soon as the item is back in stock!

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the products you love, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, go to checkout, enter your details, and complete your purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation after an online Purchase?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation mail from us on the mail ID provided by you at the time of placing the order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. Please contact us at support@beanobabies.com as soon as possible to make changes.

How do I track my order?

Your order becomes available for tracking 24 hours after it is shipped. In case of personalized orders, it can take up to 5 days more. You can track your order status online by tracking  link provided in the mail or over WhatsApp.

Do you offer international shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times typically range between 5-7 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link once your order is shipped.

 What is your return policy?

We offer a 2-days return policy for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. However please note that Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.  Refunds will only be provided after inspection of the product in original condition. If you need to return a product, please contact our support team at support@beanobabies.com. For more information please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page.

Do I need to pay any additional taxes over and above the prices mentioned?

We charge GST on all our products. Prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment gateways for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, currently we do not offer COD.
